Beginning in February, we will be offering the following classes to the community:

Parenting Class
(Parents of children ages 12 – 18)
Cost: $45 per individual
Dates: Feb. 9th – March 15th
Time: 5:30 – 7:00 pm

This six-week class provides tools and techniques that will help parents develop respectful, healthy relationships with their children. Parents gain information to help prevent & diffuse power struggles and gain cooperation. Classes utilize Love & Logic Parenting techniques and other parenting approaches. If you would like to register or have any questions, please contact Christy at 303-644-9065, Ext. 2. Advanced registration is required.

Transitions Through Grief
Cost: No Cost
Dates: Feb. 2nd – March 8th
Time: 5:30 – 7:00 pm

This six-week grief group will provide education & support to aid adults through the grieving process in an accepting, confidential setting. Having the support of others who know what you are experiencing, in a group setting, can bring great comfort. We are able to provide this group at no charge thanks to a generous community donation. If you have an questions or wish to register, please contact Susan 303-644-9065, Ext. 4 or Jennifer at Ext. 8. Advanced registration is required.

This group is most helpful three months or more since the loss of your loved one. We are able to provide this group at no cost thanks to a generous community donation.

Men’s Life Launching Challenges

This psychotherapeutic group offers a healthy, constructive & supportive jumpstart to men ages 25 to 35 who are still living at home. Working to confront motivational difficulties while providing personalized goal development and a healthy forum for emotional and experiential exploration towards the life they want to lead.
